Schengen Visa management for the maritime sector

We manage Visas for crew members for the Schengen Area.
A crew member is any employee holding a seaman book.

The crew member can apply for a transit visa upon arrival in any of these airports. To proceed with the visa arrangements we need to receive the following data at least 24 hours in advance:

– Justification for the urgent processing of the application.

– A copy of the passport and the seaman book.

– E-tickets.

Once at the airport we need a minimum of 4 hours between the arrival flight and the connecting flight to the final destination for the required visa arrangements. For large groups please allow longer connection times.
